Last Boating Day in 2008

It was 72 degrees and sunny in Knoxville all weekend, so we took the boat out one last time to see the Fall colors. Caitlyn needed the serenity after taking her to two haunted houses (one house and one cornfield) last night late. It was very scary, but not as bad as the first half of the NU OK game!

Looks like fun. Believe it or not - it was warmer than that here in Lincoln! 77 degrees and sunny on Nov. 2 - almost unheard of. We had a family gathering today to visit with Marge - I'll have picks up soon.

The trees look beautiful!
It was gorgeous here yesterday, and you were missed at Bob and Julie's.
I think we need to plan another get together when you're here at Christmas!

What great colors! As Bob said, we had a beautiful day here , too. It reached 79 degrees today, a new record.
It was great seeing everyone yesterday. Mike and Cindy Nehe were there, too, with their 1 1/2 year old, Colin. He and Steven had some hugs. Only new family news is that Betsy Lee is pregnant again. Mary is managing but I think things are pretty rough for her. I call her pretty often. I hope that helps a little. Dad and Mom
